My name is Annabelle and am a fully qualified coach and Lowland Leader guide.

Having gained a number of years’ coaching and mentoring experience during my career in the financial services industry, I decided to set up Guiding Action with the aim of supporting people just like you to find their way to a more fulfilling life through professional coaching and guided walking.

The inspiration for Guiding Action was the belief that with support, we can all take steps towards positive action in our lives. Coaching can guide us through life’s challenges and opportunities. Spending more time outdoors can support this process too, allowing us to think more clearly and deeply. But ultimately the right coaching environment is what is best for you, whether that’s indoors or outdoors.

During the challenging times in my life, I have found coaching invaluable, giving me a safe and confidential space to think and talk through those challenges with someone who will really listen without judgement.

Of equal importance during those difficult times has been my time spent in the outdoors, walking and running. I have experienced first-hand the true benefits of spending time outdoors in nature. The tri benefits - improved mental wellbeing, physical health and clearer thinking.

Life can be so hectic that we lose sight of what is important, what we really want to achieve or just how to find our way through a challenge we are facing.

With my support I want to help you to better understand yourself and any challenges you might be facing, allowing you to find your own way - whether that is making a plan, making positive changes, taking action to reach your full potential or simply making tomorrow a better day.

I hold a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, undertake regular coaching supervision sessions and continuous professional development to ensure that my coaching skills remain current. And to support my outdoors coaching and guiding, I hold a Lowland Leader and Outdoor First Aid qualification. I am also a Mental Health First Aider.

Our coaching relationship will start with a free 30-minute discovery session. This allows us the opportunity to meet each other virtually or on the phone, to discuss what you would like to achieve from coaching and to agree if we would like to work together. Contact me today on info@guidingaction.co.uk and let me support you in finding your way, through coaching or guided walking.
